How to make omelet









Omelets are perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or snacks as well. They are healthy, easy, and quick to make.

Ingredients

 3 eggs

1/4 tsp pepper

1 cup spinach leaves

1 tsp vegetable oil

1/2 tsp salt

3 Tbsp. cream cheese

Directions

Beat eggs in a bowl and stir in spinach leaves and cream cheese. Add salt and pepper and set aside.

Coat skillet with oil and place over medium heat. Add in the egg mixture and cook for about 3 minutes. Flip the other side and continue cooking for about 2 minutes or until it's firm to the touch.

Transfer gently with a spatula onto a platter. Garnish with parsley.
