Stuffed Brioche Buns, No butter, No eggs, No rise


Stuffed Brioche Buns


Even though eggless and with no butter, this super brioche recipe is easy to make and tastes authentic! Stuffed with chocolate or cheese, these flavorful brioche buns are the perfect option for amazing breakfast treats!


Ingredients

5 cups of flour

2 cups of water

1 tbsp of yeast

2 tbsp of sugar

1 tsp of salt

3/4 cup of vegetable oil

1 egg yolk

2 tbsp of milk

50 g sesame seed

50 g almond chips


Directions

In a bow, put water, salt, yeast, sugar, and 2 cups of flour. cover and set to rest for about 10 min. Then add to 3 cups of flour and oil, mix everything up, and knead until you get a nice ball of dough. 

Coat your hands with oil and start forming small dough balls. Arrange them on a baking sheet and proceed with fillings. Half of them filled with chocolate chips and the other half with cream cheese.

 Preheat the oven to 350 ° F. Brush the brioches top with a mixture of egg yolk and milk then garnish with sesame seeds or almond chips. Bake for 30 minutes. Et voilĂ !
