Ingredients:
300g ground beef
Green bell peppers
2 tbsp uncooked rice
1 can tomato sauce
2 tbsp garlic
1 egg
1/2 tbsp paprika
1/2 tbsp cumin
salt and black pepper to taste
Direction:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Cut in a half and remove the seeds of the bell peppers. Place them on a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Stuff the mixture into each hollowed pepper. Coat the baking dish with a layer of tomato sauce and add the stuffed peppers on top.
Place in the oven and bake for one hour. Take them out and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of the bell pepper and return to oven 5min. Then serve with tomato sauce on the side.
